Saher Shodhan · AI implementation specialist

Somewhere in your business, money and time are leaking. I find where, and fix it.

In marketing, sales, operations or the back office. I bring the numbers into one place, put a figure on what's being lost, then build the fix, and the AI, inside the tools you already use.

What I fix

Where the money and time go, and what fixing it has been worth.

Marketing, sales, customers, operations and the back office. The expensive leak is rarely the one everyone is looking at, which is why I look at the whole business rather than one team's part of it.

Marketing reaching the wrong people
What I find: content that isn't written for the customers you want. What I fix: ICP research and a content map, so organic search brings in the right buyers.
Leads with no context
What I find: reps calling off blank records, and leads routed by hand. What I fix: every lead enriched and routed before the call, with calls logging themselves.
Refunds nobody looked into
What I find: customers who never got going and then asked for their money back. What I fix: the onboarding gaps, missed sales calls and late reminders behind them.
Costs that grow with you
What I find: processes that built up rather than being designed, so each customer costs too much to serve. What I fix: the process itself, rebuilt end to end.
Work still done by hand
What I find: people copying between tools, chasing updates and checking things one at a time. What I fix: a system that does the work, with AI where it earns its place, so the team spends its time on the parts that need judgement.
Numbers nobody trusts
What I find: the CRM says one thing, finance another and a spreadsheet a third, so decisions get made on whichever is nearest. What I fix: one source of truth that keeps itself up to date and sends each team its priorities.
How I work

Find it, fix it, keep it running.

Find it
A two-week audit. I trace how money and work move through the business, from first lead to cash in the bank, delivery and renewal, find where they're lost and put a number on each leak. I fix the first one while I'm there.
Fix it
A build month. I set up the fixes and the AI myself, inside the tools you already use, and train your team to use them.
Keep it running
Ongoing support. Your team runs it day to day, and I stay on hand while it beds in, or one or two days a week if you'd rather someone owned it.
Most people start with the audit. You get a plan for fixing what I find, whether or not you work with me after. How the audit works

Where a business loses money after the sale

What I found

Customers asking for their money back, and nobody able to say why. A customer's data sat in eight systems that didn't talk to each other.

What I fixed

I brought payments, product, scheduling, calls, learning platform, email, Slack and Sheets into one place and analysed it. The causes were gaps in onboarding, missed sales calls and reminders that went out late. Then I built the fixes around them.

Lead enrichment · ivee · hiring platform

Every lead, enriched before the call

What I found

The sales team was calling leads off blank records. No company name, no headcount, no idea what the business needed. Leads who signed up with a personal email had their company thrown away at capture.

What I fixed

I rebuilt the front of the funnel around enrichment. Every lead now reaches a rep with its company, headcount and stated need, routed by account size, with calls logging themselves.

"They built our entire CRM from scratch in three weeks. Leads route and log themselves now, and we run it day-to-day without them."

A cost base that couldn't survive the next round

What I found

The product worked and deals were closing, but every deployment cost too much for the gross margin to be fundable, and the business was about to take those economics into three countries.

What I fixed

As interim COO I set up the operations team, rebuilt the deployment process end to end rather than trimming around it, and built one operating model for the UK, France and Italy.

The one where the P&L was mine

What I found

A B2B talent marketplace for the technical vetting and matching of marketing technology experts, bootstrapped, so every unit-economics decision was one I had to live with.

What I fixed

I owned the P&L, managed a team of seven and built the matching and vetting systems the business ran on, which cut time-to-hire by 40%. Then I led the sale to IDX with 100% organisational continuity.

About

I'm Saher.

Saher Shodhan

I've spent 12 years in startups helping companies grow across marketing, sales and operations. I joined Uber India's launch team at 19 rides a day and was still there at 1.2 million. I co-founded Traktion, a B2B marketplace, and sold it to IDX. As interim COO at Cloud Cycle, I cut unit costs by 60% across three countries.

Now I work with businesses of every size, across the front of the business and the back. I'm hands-on in the tools you already run, from HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Close and Pipedrive to the payments, scheduling and finance systems around them. I build the systems myself rather than handing you a report.
